Psychotherapy

Humans are social creatures, wired to experience trust and interconnection, even during life’s challenges.  It is possible to cultivate more joy and awe as well as clarity of purpose and meaning.

I am a skilled and active thought partner.  Together, we can help you explore, understand, accept and integrate life’s challenges, while learning new strategies for communication and resilience.   Good therapy helps you understand how your past learning impacts how you feel, see the world and relate, helps you integrate difficult experiences and offers a path forward, with practical tools to support you to live a life congruent with your essential nature.

I bring a creative and embodied approach that is met with sound, evidence based principals, rooted in mindfulness and social neuroscience.  In addition to rigorous DBT Training, I use Somatic, Psychodynamic and Transpersonal principles.  My work with ketamine informs and augments how I understand what supports deeper change.

I work with individuals, couples and groups.  Many people who work with me are artists, visionaries, change makers, people in helping professions as well as community and business leaders.  The couples I work with come from a range of life experiences, from conservative to non-traditional.  Regardless of who you are, I aim to help you get in harmony with your authentic self so that you are (co) creating a world around you that is meaningful, sustainable and in alignment with your best potential.
